Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). A minimum of three years of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is required, demonstrating Level III NICU experience.
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, administering therapeutic interventions, managing rapidly changing situations, educating patients and families, delegating care, and participating in clinical decision-making and performance improvement activities while collaborating with the healthcare team.
