Candidates must be an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), demonstrating a commitment to ethical and professional standards within the field. Prior experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism is preferred, along with a passion for improving the lives of children and their families. Applicants may also be enrolled in a graduate level ABA program and seeking mentorship from a dedicated BCBA to support their studies and experience.
Registered Behavior Technicians will provide one-on-one support to children diagnosed with Autism, implementing goals established by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and utilizing evidence-based teaching procedures. They will assist in acquiring new skills, create motivating learning environments, collect data, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall clinical program. Additionally, they will participate in paid administrative work during cancellations, engage in training across multiple settings, and potentially contribute to clinical research and professional development opportunities.
