Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Marketingpläne für die DACH-Region in enger Abstimmung mit den globalen und EMEA-Zielen
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Durchführung von Kampagnen, die qualifizierte Leads generieren, Kundenbindung fördern und die Vertriebspipeline beschleunigen
  • Steuerung der Demand Generation über Multi-Channel-Kampagnen – einschließlich digitaler Werbung, Content Marketing, Partnerschaften, Webinare, Events sowie Earned und Social Media
  • Nutzung von Daten und Automatisierung, um die Leistung zu optimieren und den ROI nachzuverfolgen
  • Rolle als regionaler Marketing-Botschafter, der die globale Markenstrategie berücksichtigt und gleichzeitig Inhalte an die lokalen Märkte anpasst
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise: neue Chancen erkennen, innovative Ansätze testen und Eigenverantwortung für wirkungsvolle Aktivitäten übernehmen
  • Kundenfokus leben – wertorientierte Botschaften entwickeln, die bei B2B-Zielgruppen in Fertigungs- und Dienstleistungsbranchen Anklang finden
