Requirements

Responsibilities

The Regional Team Leader will be responsible for training Collecting Officers, providing a fully covered standby rota for the Collection Network Emergency Response Call Out Service, and participating in the Duty Manager rota. They will also oversee the allocation of collections to Collecting Officers, conduct audits, identify and support the recruitment of Collecting Officers, manage stock and equipment, and ensure Collecting Officers meet Health & Safety standards. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular customer collections to maintain competence and deliver training, as well as providing support and guidance to the team.
