Candidates should possess at least four years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s), and demonstrate a proven track record of landing five or more new logos annually. Experience selling through a channel-led motion and utilizing MEDDIC sales methodology is required, along with familiarity working with early-stage start-up organizations.
The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, assist customers in understanding the value of Cribl during the sales process, articulate the company’s value proposition to various organizational levels, and accurately forecast sales targets while potentially requiring stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
