Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and adaptable Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth. This role focuses on building customer relationships and delivering value through Cribl's solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
  • Target Audience: Experience selling to Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s).
  • Startup Experience: Experience working with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually and executing complex sales processes.
  • Channel Sales: Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Demand Generation: Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Sales Methodology: Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Business Planning: Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals.
  • Sales Management: Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Customer Value: Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate Cribl’s value proposition effectively to various stakeholders, from engineers to C-level executives.
  • Sales Targets: Forecast predictably and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and build strong, enduring relationships.
