Regional Account Executive

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B outside consultative sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and experience with split compensation structures (base + commission). Prior experience in the multifamily industry is preferred.
The Regional Sales Executive will drive new business by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, achieving monthly sales targets within their designated territory, expanding and retaining existing accounts, building strong industry relationships with property managers and owners, generating leads and pipeline growth through networking and outbound prospecting, managing the sales cycle by following up on leads and providing timely responses, facilitating seamless transitions for clients to the operations team, tracking and reporting progress using Salesforce, and collaborating with operations leaders to align priorities and enhance client satisfaction.
