Requirements

Candidates should have experience selling technology and/or SaaS solutions to mid-market and small enterprise accounts. A minimum of 3 years of management experience is required, along with a drive to work in an exceptionally fast-growing start-up, a passion for sales and pipeline creation, and a competitive team player and leader mentality. Enterprise technology aptitude is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will lead, develop, and grow the Great Lakes National Accounts Sales team, driving a high-performance culture to meet and exceed sales goals. This includes directly managing Account Executives, being responsible for quotas, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and coaching the team. They will set and ensure the team meets KPI objectives, engage in coaching and mentoring through deal inspection reviews, ensure effective use of Salesforce.com and other tools, manage progress and analyze data in real-time, and work with Sales Operations and Enablement on process improvements. The role also involves creating and iterating on sales strategy and setting clear expectations and vision for the team.
