Requirements

  • Experience leading successful teams of Account Executives ("hunters") focused on net new sales
  • Proven track record in coaching Account Executives, driving net new revenue growth initiatives
  • Expertise in advising on deal strategy, supporting executive sponsor alignment calls, and aiding in commercial negotiation processes
  • Strong ability to forecast revenue and drive account development, pipeline generation activities, and customer wins against competitors like SAP, Oracle/Netsuite, Microsoft (up-market), and Tier 2/SMB solutions (down-market)
  • Proficiency in leveraging value-centric sales messaging to heighten probability of capital/investment approval and project prioritisation
  • High level of collaboration across functions including Presales/Solution Consulting, Value Management, Business Architecture, Professional Services, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Legal
  • Strategic leadership skills to navigate complex sales cycles, build strong customer relationships, and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Focus on mid-market (<3500 employees) across broad sector verticals in HCM, Payroll, ERP/GL, and FP&A domains
