Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the water technology or industrial equipment sector. Strong knowledge of the OEM market dynamics, including Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes, is required, along with experience managing complex sales cycles and customer relationships. Experience in the DACH and Eastern European regions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the OEM Business within Xylem’s AW segment, managing relationships with key customers, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions, and driving business growth. This includes prioritizing strategic accounts, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, preparing sales forecasts, and proactively engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales processes, and supporting customer-facing teams.
