The Regional Sales Director will interview, hire, and train Account Executives, providing daily support to ensure monthly production minimums are met. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, providing accurate reporting, prospecting and closing new merchant accounts, and marketing additional Xplor Pay products. The role also involves demonstrating expertise in Xplor Pay's offerings and selling system, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, setting performance goals, and driving Xplor-wide initiatives.
