The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training a high-performing sales team, providing day-to-day management to ensure monthly production goals are met, and assisting with recruitment. They will also prospect and close new merchant accounts, market additional company products, and demonstrate expertise in all hardware, software, and reporting offerings. Additionally, the role involves leading and developing the team, setting performance goals, and driving Xplor-wide initiatives.
