Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Software sales, with a minimum of 3 years in Enterprise Sales Management. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading sales teams is essential, along with experience in quota-carrying and forecasting. Knowledge of the DevOps ecosystem and prior experience with SFDC are required. Exceptional management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills are also necessary, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Director will lead, develop, and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on new and expansion opportunities within companies exceeding 1,000 employees. They will create and drive go-to-market plans to achieve company growth goals, provide executive leadership for the Central team including sales forecasting and coaching, and assist with selling activities. Responsibilities also include collaborating with operations and sales engineering, developing annual sales forecasts with senior leadership, owning quarterly and annual team quotas, leading recruitment and retention efforts, and participating in industry events.
