Responsibilities

  • Accelerate deployment of value-driven pricing strategy across APAC, reflecting value to end consumers in fair positioning
  • Assess gaps in market positioning and commercial policies, identifying corrective measures
  • Steer local channel margin assessment, incorporating GTM and business priorities into commercial policy design
  • Coordinate and validate pricing inputs for new products, delivering timely presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Drive implementation of pricing steering processes for consistent strategy delivery
  • Regularly assess pricing performance, ensuring transparency and evaluating deviations
  • Develop guidelines to mitigate parallel trade activities
  • Assess business impacts of local promotional activities and support markets with tactical pricing design
  • Systematically coordinate old DOT, downstream, and overstock clearance activities across markets
  • Develop robust RRP approach with consistent consumer communication benefiting retail margins
  • Consolidate regional pricing data needs and develop use cases
  • Steer development and adoption of efficient pricing tools/systems and optimize processes
  • Provide analytical support to stakeholders via deep dives into pricing topics and data linkages
  • Help team overcome resistance to change, promote winner mindset, and generate buy-in for company vision
