Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of strategic medical plans for Immunology and Oncology biosimilars across APAC
Align cross-functionally on strategic imperatives addressing customer needs, key country launches, and local strategies
Institute regular cross-functional execution reviews to monitor performance and address market dynamics (e.g., competition, regulations, market access)
Map relevant societies and regional KOLs, coordinate engagement plans, and lead insight generation activities (e.g., advisory boards, round tables, guideline discussions)
Formulate scientific value propositions, develop compliant scientific content for conferences, and deliver presentations to internal/external audiences
Explain clinical/economic benefits of biosimilars, address questions on mechanisms, usage, and adverse events
Identify evidence gaps, formulate pre/post-approval evidence generation plans, support ISS management, and coordinate global support for regional projects
Track and ensure publication of clinical projects
Provide guidance and support to affiliates for medical strategic plans during pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless pre-launch and launch execution, defining timelines and milestones
