Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in Field/Regional Marketing or a similar marketing role, demonstrating a willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to support programs and company meetings. They must have experience with SFDC for reporting, campaign management, and data management, and a willingness to support marketing programs outside of their local timezone. Furthermore, the ability to align strategies and programs to the open source go-to-market motion is required, along with knowledge of Splash, Marketo, Clearbit, DemandTools, and Google Analytics, which are considered a plus. Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional Marketing Manager will drive adoption and lead generation programs to develop qualified sales leads, accelerating pipeline and brand awareness within the region, collaborating with regional sales stakeholders to build an integrated ABM demand generation plan. They will identify, plan, and execute in-person field events, account-based marketing, regional webinars, trade-shows, and Grafana hosted events to meet regional targets, creating event marketing plans, goals, budgets, schedules, and reporting. The role involves driving collaboration within the regional marketing team on lessons learned and best practices, monitoring progress and measuring results of marketing campaigns through regular pipeline inspection and deal tracking, and creating and managing a regional marketing dashboard to track the effectiveness of marketing spend. Finally, they will oversee partner and channel marketing strategy to prioritize strategic partners for joint marketing.
