Requirements

  • Oversee all Last Mile operations in Mindanao East region cluster
  • Lead a team of up to 7 Area Managers and their respective Station Managers/Heads
  • Ensure operational health of the region
  • Work with Operation Unit Managers to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
  • Report to the Head of Fleet and carry out directives
  • Take ownership of cluster-level KPIs (e.g., productivity rating, delivery success rate, cost-per-parcel rating)
  • Play an active role in recruitment of Area Managers and Station Heads
  • Coordinate with Fleet Training Team for team training and development

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to overall strategy, standard operating procedures, and best practices of the Last Mile Team
  • Oversee all Last Mile operations in the respective Region Cluster
  • Manage Area Managers and Station Heads
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencies and productivity
