Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience in field service, equipment management, or a similar technical role. Strong verbal, written, and computer skills with keen attention to detail are essential, along with proven leadership and team management abilities. An effective communication and customer service orientation, the capacity to lead cross-functional teams, and the skill to analyze service data and implement process improvements are required. Familiarity with UL standards and equipment compliance is a plus. The role requires residing within the assigned region and the ability to manage multiple teams and collaborate with various supervisory levels to drive alignment, performance, strategic goal setting, and consistent achievement of operational success. Approximately 30% travel within the assigned region is expected.
The Regional Field Manager will oversee regional service operations, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SOPs, and manage the regional PNL, including expense oversight and cost discipline. Responsibilities include conducting internal and Partner business reviews, supporting all Equipment & Service (E&S) projects and initiatives within the region, and partnering with the Sales Team on retention and account management. The role involves managing third-party field operations for non-contractual work, including workload, processes, procedures, and asset management, as well as performing additional duties such as process improvement initiatives, data analysis, training support, vendor coordination, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Additionally, the manager will provide coaching and leadership development for Team Leads, conduct performance reviews, support new hire onboarding and training, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure training compliance. The role also includes performing customer visits to ensure satisfaction, collaborating with the Away from Home Sales Team, supporting Team Leads with reconciliations of fixed asset inventory and monthly reporting, managing fleet operations, and overseeing field storage inventory while assuring BOM process and inventory accuracy.
