Responsibilities

The Regional Maintenance Technician will diagnose, problem solve, and make repairs in various areas including appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC, lead and train other maintenance technicians, complete assigned service requests and repairs, ensure vacant apartments are prepared for occupancy, complete repairs to units and common areas, maintain grounds and curb appeal, and travel to multiple residential communities throughout Northern California.
