Responsibilities

Gain a solid understanding of Danaher OpCos and Platforms in India, their goals, and challenges
Develop and implement legal and compliance strategies to minimize challenges
Serve as a strategic business partner for senior leadership
Provide guidance and counsel on legal and compliance risk and opportunities
Support the implementation of the Danaher strategy in the India Region
Partner with all Platform and OpCo business leaders in India
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs (policies, procedures, training, monitoring, auditing, and investigations)
Respond promptly to detected offenses and undertake corrective actions
