  • Focus on cost-cutting by fixing parts rather than replacing when possible

Responsibilities

  • Travels between properties within a designated region to assist with makereadies, work orders, curb appeal, cap ex projects, etc
  • Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and making repairs per policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes
  • Completes the “make-ready” process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors/contractors, obtaining supplies, performing maintenance, and inspecting work
  • Follows procedures for accessing materials, supplies, equipment, tools from maintenance department, tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor/manager of re-order needs
  • Completes documentation and paperwork timely, accurately, and completely for service request tracking
  • Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash/debris, pressure-washing, general cleaning, and painting curbs/signage as needed
  • Supports cost-cutting and expense control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible
