Responsibilities

  • Supervising, coaching, and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of 9+
  • Relentlessly pursuing the team's monthly growth targets through strong leadership, analysis, problem-solving, teambuilding, and coaching
  • Serving as primary leadership coach for Outreach Executives, role-model, and primary subject matter expert for sales team
  • Conducting site visits and providing feedback to teams to drive performance
  • Supporting expansion efforts for the Region, including new center launch activities, hiring, and training of sales staff
  • Personifying and cultivating Oak Street Health Culture within the Region
  • Developing Outreach Executives into strong, motivating sales people that deliver a positive work environment and are stewards of Oak Street Culture
  • Leading Quarterly Regional Training Programs
  • Developing monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to deliver sales targets for new patient growth and managed care growth
  • Analyzing sales data to proactively identify opportunities for centers and coaching team members to improve performance
  • Developing relationships with Field Accounts, Insurance Agents, and local influencers to support field execution
  • Designing, executing, and tracking impactful regional Incentive and Recognition programs
  • Keeping center level teams motivated in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Executing on Corporate Sales Initiatives within assigned region
  • Being an ambassador in the local community—building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners
  • Identifying and executing large events to support lead generation
  • Identifying additional Regional needs and partnering with Treehouse (corporate) teams to develop programs to support regional sales efforts (e.g., high need food programs, new plan rollouts)
  • Managing and building a canvassing program
  • Assisting in recruiting efforts for sales representatives and Sales Managers
  • Conducting extensive cross-functional collaboration with population health and clinical service team members
  • Ensuring teams understand and remain compliant on all sales activities according to CMS and Oak Street Health guidelines
  • Finding, recommending, and assisting in execution on local marketing opportunities
