The Regional Clinical Service Manager will coordinate and execute clinical strategies to meet business objectives, drive key CAS initiatives, and manage, develop, and motivate clinical support employees. Responsibilities include leading regional clinical support activities, partnering with the sales team to drive initiatives and provide assessments, aligning resources with business priorities, and strengthening EP acumen. The role also involves providing feedback and coaching to direct reports, assisting with performance reviews and development plans, recruiting and hiring Clinical Specialists, supporting sales objectives, representing Medtronic CAS to physicians and staff, promoting safe product use, managing business operations such as sales support and credentialing, providing clinical guidance and technical assistance during procedures, and educating physicians and hospital staff on CAS products and procedures.
