Responsibilities

  • Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and growth across the East Region
  • Act as the bridge between partners, customers, prospects, and the sales team
  • Develop meaningful business relationships that drive revenue and mutual success
  • Manage channel partners, including sales activities
  • Engage with Account Executives and Partners to identify opportunities in the East Region
  • Share early observations to improve partner engagement, sales strategy, or internal processes
  • Assess partner capabilities and readiness for training and enablement
  • Build strong relationships across sales, technical sales, marketing, and revenue organization
  • Present and demonstrate the Evolv value proposition in live and remote settings
  • Outline support plans to meet quarterly quota
  • Lead or co-lead Proof of Concept, demos, or pilots across verticals
  • Train and enable partners to meet Evolv's standards
  • Identify and act on 3-5 quick win opportunities or process improvements
  • Gain complete understanding of assigned channel partners, their performance, and top sales opportunities
  • Actively contribute to channel deals as a strategic advisor
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and biweekly pipeline reviews with top partners
  • Identify 24-36 incremental new opportunities through partner customer bases
  • Influence evolution of partner enablement programs with feedback, best practices, and training strategies
  • Represent Evolv at trade shows and business development events
  • Drive pipeline growth across key verticals
