Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance and have 0-2 years of relevant working experience in an Accounting or Finance related function. Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

The Finance Operations Associate will be responsible for reconciling accounts payable ledgers with vendor records and resolving discrepancies before payments are made. They will check for open invoices and any credits or adjustments, assist in dispute resolution with the solutions team, ensure timely payment of vendor invoices, and manage accurate data entry of invoices and GL codes. Additionally, they will manage cash flow forecasts and fund requests, ensure timely collections of aged receivables, prepare expense accrual journals during month-end closing, and ensure zero balance in the Balance Sheet clearing account for payments on behalf of clients.
