Candidates need relevant direct touch/end-user sales experience in cybersecurity (Symantec products & solutions a strong asset) or technology space, managing customer relationships, processes and programs and/or sales personnel within the IT industry, and experience developing and executing strategic sales initiatives including setting business expectations and objectives.
The role involves matrix management (in-direct reports) of in-country Business Developers, providing sales leadership to Regional VPs, Country Managers and Business Unit Leaders, and working closely with internal departments, countries, marketing strategists, and key partnerships across Arrow ECS EMEA.
Strong candidates demonstrate creative thinking, commercial acumen, proactivity, commitment, relevant cybersecurity or IT sales experience (especially Symantec), and the ability to develop strategic sales initiatives and work effectively with marketing.
