Regional Account Executive - Public Sector

Salary: $125K Employment Type: Full-Time Location Type: Remote (Candidates must live local to Arizona territory)


Position Overview

Flock Safety is seeking a self-motivated and established outside sales professional to join our growing Public Sector sales team as a Regional Account Executive. This role is a game-changing opportunity for individuals who thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment. You will play a key role in Flock's growth by focusing on a single market, owning demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales. This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results within a defined territory.
  • Proven experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert on technical products.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • A consultative sales approach, energized by solving customer problems.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment.
  • Startup experience is a plus.

  • Travel regionally up to 50% during peak seasons.
