Responsibilities

  • Large deal project execution and support: Collaborate with regions to formulate and execute specific project plans based on regional large deal strategies, ensure implementation effectiveness guided by national strategies, follow up on execution quality across project stages, drive continuous optimization, identify issues and risks, propose improvements to enhance win rates and efficiency
  • Project management and cross-departmental coordination: Assist in coordinating regional large deal projects, coordinate resources from sales, marketing, product, factory, and other teams; manage multi-department, multi-product project portfolios full-cycle based on accounts for implementation and brand enhancement; participate in distributor communication and management to drive smooth project implementation and improve account retention
  • Cross-segment clinical solution management and promotion: Track and interpret regional medical policies, equipment configuration standards, clinical guidelines, and industry standards; customer-centered, combine actual needs with cross-segment combined product solutions; target diseases/conditions to jointly deepen schemes with segments for better product matching; focus on ultrasound clinical integration and clinical ultrasound directions, establish models and projects for key accounts, track execution and implementation
  • Market strategy and competitive tool analysis: Analyze regional market characteristics and provincial dynamics to formulate customized provincial competition and strategies in collaboration with provinces; closely collaborate with segments and other departments to analyze and organize comprehensive product and competitor competitive tools, promote and push training programs; integrate and promote successful project experiences to enhance team execution efficiency and capabilities
