Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and product selling of medical equipment and devices
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Responsibilities

  • Sell Patient Care Solutions products (Anesthesia and Respiratory Care, Diagnostic Cardiology, Patient Monitoring, Maternal and Infant Care, Digital Care) within Mumbai and Gujarat geographic area
  • Manage sales coverage through both direct and indirect channels
  • Develop specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in the assigned area
  • Utilize strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to strategy and policy development, ensuring effective delivery within the area of responsibility
  • Maintain working knowledge of competitors and key differentiators in the market
  • Apply judgment to solve moderately complex tasks or problems across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customer engagements
  • Bring new perspectives to existing solutions and use technical expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
  • Leverage multiple internal and limited external sources beyond own function to inform decisions
  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risk and resource requirements
  • Communicate difficult or sensitive information effectively and build consensus
  • Develop persuasion skills to influence others on topics within field of expertise
