Requirements

Experience architecting and designing OpenShift environments aligned with enterprise goals for containerized applications
Ability to define best practices, standards, and guidelines for OpenShift deployment and management
Skills in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, architecture diagrams, and workflows
Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and managing OpenShift clusters across multiple environments (on-premises, hybrid, or cloud)
Expertise integrating OpenShift with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible
Knowledge of implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation using scripting languages like Python and tools like Ansible
Capability to ensure high availability and reliability of OpenShift clusters, implementing monitoring and alerting tools
Experience troubleshooting complex issues within OpenShift environments, including Kubernetes, container runtime, networking, and storage
Skills in performing regular upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
Proficiency implementing and managing security best practices for OpenShift, including identity and access management, RBAC, and encryption
Ability to ensure compliance with company security policies and industry standards, conducting regular security assessments and audits
Expertise analyzing cluster performance and optimizing resource usage across OpenShift workloads

Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot OpenShift environments to ensure scalability, security, and high performance
Provide technical leadership and drive best practices for container orchestration
Build, deploy, and maintain applications on the OpenShift platform following CI/CD best practices
Collaborate with developers and operations teams for smooth and efficient software delivery
