Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or a related function
  • Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and the recruiting/HR tech ecosystem
  • Proven success improving and scaling recruiting processes through automation and workflow design
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading implementations or process rollouts
  • Independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • Ability to work on-site at the office in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and integrations
  • Scope, test, and launch new tools and enhancements that improve recruiter efficiency and productivity
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work, shorten time-to-hire and enhance the candidate experience
  • Lead operational programs focused on interviewer effectiveness and offer approval optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Systems, and Business Operations on system and process initiatives
  • Create documentation, training, and communication plans to support adoption of new tools and workflows
  • Collaborate with Recruiting to track KPIs, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement
