Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
  • At least 4 years of people leadership experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
  • 5+ years of full life cycle Tech Corporate Recruiting experience including research and sourcing
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Management
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Experience analyzing metrics, trends, and data, and using them to make strategic changes

Responsibilities

  • People Leadership - Lead and develop a team of 5-7 recruiters responsible for attracting, identifying and hiring great talent into the Tech organization
  • Client management - Engage with tower leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategy to meet hiring goals
  • Candidate management – Guide your team of recruiters to develop and execute sourcing plans while creating relationships with candidates to facilitate process and offer acceptance
  • Ad hoc Project work - Lead and participate in team and enterprise-wide TA project work, partnering with peers across the organization to create and share solutions
  • Administrative tasks - Leverage Workday and other recruiting technologies to fulfill expectations of the role
