Position Overview

Hightouch is seeking a creative and resourceful Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our hiring team, including recruiters and hiring managers. This role is pivotal in crafting an exceptional candidate experience and attracting top talent, ultimately playing a key role in the company's growth. The ideal candidate will be empowered to own the candidate experience and have creative freedom in their approach.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage the entire coordination experience for candidates supporting our GTM and EPD recruiting teams (6 recruiters).
  • Build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team.
  • Develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Contribute to changing the talent industry and identifying the best recruiting strategies in a highly competitive environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role and/or administrative role is ideal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions independently, while also being comfortable asking for help.
  • Ability to thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • Creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals.
  • Focus on impact and potential for growth over years of experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (USD) per year
