Requirements

2 years of experience as a Recruiting Assistant, Interview Scheduler or any administrative support capacity
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under significant time constraints
Knowledge of modern productivity and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)
Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to recruiting
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaboration
US citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States (ITAR requirements)

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiting team to manage recruiting process to move candidates effectively through the hiring process
Manage calendars and scheduling of interviews (phone, video, and in-person) for candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update candidate information and position statuses within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS to ensure accurate and organized records
Coordinate and process background checks, reference checks, and necessary pre-employment tasks
Evaluate candidates for alignment with company mission and values
Refine and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance candidate experience
Represent Array Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
