Requirements

  • Availability for on-site work in Hyderabad (5 days in the office)

Responsibilities

  • Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations
  • Review candidates from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and evaluate qualifications against position requirements
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans aligned to search requirements
  • Source candidates using resume databases, search engines, networking sites, Boolean search, referrals, and Cielo's proprietary software
  • Engage candidates via phone, email, social media, etc., articulating value propositions
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching on logistics, schedule, attire, and expectations
  • Provide timely updates to candidates on application and interview status
  • Draft and conduct phone interviews using templates, assessing fit against position requirements
  • Issue and evaluate skills testing, review background and reference checks as needed
  • Keep candidates engaged, partner with hiring leaders on offers using market data, negotiate, and drive acceptance
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulations (e.g., OFCCP compliance)
  • Deliver strong candidate slates, build talent pipelines, and provide accurate reporting to hiring leaders
