Requirements

Previous experience in recruiting, lead sourcing, or talent acquisition (required)
Experience recruiting in U.S. healthcare (strong plus)
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Highly motivated, proactive, and self-driven
Strong phone presence and the ability to connect with potential candidates
Friendly, pleasant, and persuasive — able to “sell” the opportunity effectively
Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
Proficient in basic computer navigation, MS Office, and Outlook
Comfortable managing leads and candidate information in a CRM or ATS
Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet connection (mandatory)
Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages (mandatory)
Availability for working hours: Friday – Tuesday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

Actively source and generate new candidate leads through calls, emails, and online channels
Engage with potential candidates to sell the opportunity and build excitement about joining the team
Follow up consistently with leads to ensure high conversion and successful placements
Communicate professionally with field staff and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate records of lead activity and candidate progress
Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
