Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a primary focus on R&D: Engineers (entry-level to leadership), Product Managers, and Product Designers
  • Deliver at speed and quality—filling roles in <90 days while maintaining a bar for top-tier talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, design interview processes, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Continuously build evergreen pipelines of top candidates for current and future needs—ready to call upon when new openings hit
  • Run tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and creative approaches
  • Provide a standout candidate experience, from first touch through offer and onboarding
  • Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and keep us ahead of hiring goals (~10–15 hires per quarter)
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities we offer to the talent market
  • Stay scrappy, self-directed, and relentless—we don’t have time for games; we need results
