Responsibilities
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise; ensure proper signage
Keep sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized
Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise
Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise
Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenish box bins; use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard
Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
Support GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team
Deliver service excellence, resolve and de-escalate member concerns
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside and out)
Understand and access production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
