Responsibilities

The Record to Report Ops Analyst will support day-to-day general ledger accounting, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Responsibilities include assisting with month-end close activities, participating in close activities following US GAAP and internal policies, and drafting commentary for financial variances. The role involves helping with intercompany matching, discrepancy resolution, and claim processing, as well as coordinating with trading partners and assisting in settlements. Additionally, the analyst will identify opportunities for process improvements and automation and support the transition of manual processes to BlackLine and ERP workflows.
