Responsibilities

Answering all incoming telephone calls
Sending documents to customers and booking couriers
Opening and distributing mail
Organising and checking lunch invoicing
Answering customer telephone queries regarding accounts
Data entry of accounts receivable transactions
Relieving other admin staff in order entry
Assisting the sales force
Following up deliveries
Filing and all other general administration duties as required
