Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming telephone calls
  • Sending documents to customers and booking couriers
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Organising and checking lunch invoicing
  • Answering customer telephone queries regarding accounts
  • Data entry of accounts receivable transactions
  • Relieving other admin staff in order entry
  • Assisting the sales force
  • Following up deliveries
  • Filing and all other general administration duties as required
