Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere while following established security procedures
  • Manage the visitor management system or entry log to ensure accurate records and effective security measures
  • Perform all building access and check-in procedures, including issuing badges for guests and employees
  • Maintain vigilance and promptly report any suspicious behavior or unattended objects to the security team
  • Identify and report potential hazards and security issues (e.g., spills, obstructions, malfunctioning doors) to appropriate staff (Janitorial, Facilities Administrator, Security Managers)
  • Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Utilize life safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid supplies, radios) when required
  • Administer basic first aid and CPR
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact, representing the organization with professionalism and adhering to security protocols
