  • Active real estate license in the state where you’ll be working (required)
  • Have closed 30 lifetime sales transactions/deals
  • 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience with a strong grasp of real estate sales skills, contracts, negotiations, working with buyers and sellers, and building a sphere of influence
  • Demonstrated track-record driving successful sales on your own and a track-record of driving agent productivity for others you’ve mentored or supported
  • 1+ years experience with direct or indirect experience leading, developing, or mentoring agents
  • Ability to work in the local Redfin office as needed for team meetings, all-hands, etc

Responsibilities

  • Put Customers First: Proactively reach out to customers to build trust, loyalty and ensure consistent quality in service and champion agents. Seek feedback, de-escalate problems, and take swift action to make things right
  • Build The Best Team: Actively recruit, hire, onboard and retain a diverse and inclusive team of top-performing agents using internal tools, resources and programs to drive and measure success
  • Drive Sales: Inspire, coach and partner with agents to ambitiously build their Redfin business and empower your team to meet or exceed their goals
  • Lead By Example: Model expertise in market, property and contract knowledge, setting the highest standard for service while maintaining high close, attach, and loyalty rates
  • Build Your Real Estate Business: Work your own transactions (approximately 50% of time), manage the client relationship, provide home purchasing and/or selling strategies, write offers, and negotiate terms. Use these deals as opportunities to further develop your team
