2+ years experience in an administrative or related role and/or relevant training
Training as a real estate agent or comparable training (desirable)
Fluency in German and English
Ability to carry out specific verbal and written instructions
Urgency and assertiveness in completing tasks
Ability to collaborate with operations, accounting, and other team members
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to communicate via email with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Ability to use computer software and web-based applications
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks efficiently and accurately
Ability to organize and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities
Support the Customer Experience & Real Estate team in operational and communication matters
Manage customer support requests
Maintain customer financial and payment information and provide actionable insights
Support administration of supplier contracts and payments, including collaboration with accounting and process optimization
Preparatory accounting and collaboration with Accounting and Finance, including Service Charge Reconciliation, verifying payments and late payments, intercompany reinvoicing, new vendor instructions, processing and reviewing Direct Billable invoices
OPEX and Budget administration, preparation of overviews and comparisons
Administration of data and data verification in various tools
Verification of data at the request of the company
Coordination of activities related to moving in, moving out, viewings, and supplier offers
All other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
