Detail-oriented documentation of customer interactions and the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and collection guidelines are also necessary.
The Real Estate Collections Agent will contact customers with outstanding balances to collect overdue payments, update payment statuses, and record all customer interactions accurately. They will analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) data in QuickBooks to identify overdue accounts and prioritize follow-ups, record collection efforts in a spreadsheet, and follow up with customers regarding red-flagged balances. The role also involves referring customers for Stop Service when necessary, following company protocols, and collaborating with the finance and accounting team to report progress and issues.
