Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Work with Redfin.com customers, including 100 new customers each year, plus clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM technology
Leverage support from dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, team of showing agents, and inside sales team for qualifying opportunities, booking appointments, and handling event details
Close deals to earn competitive commissions, with potential for in-year accelerators, top producer perks, and higher splits for repeat clients
