Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Handle Redfin.com customers (100 new customers each year) plus clients from sphere or book of business
Manage deals and pipeline using proprietary CRM
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process
Win listings and close deals with support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team
Show properties as scheduled by the support team
