Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Handle Redfin-generated customers (100 new customers each year) and clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process as a trusted advisor
Win listings, qualified buyers, web leads, and close deals to earn commissions and accelerators
Utilize support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team for opportunities and events
