Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Work with Redfin.com customers, sphere clients, and book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with pipeline using proprietary CRM
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process as a trusted advisor
Win web leads, close deals, and earn referral business
Utilize support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team for opportunities, showings, and events
