Active and unrestricted real estate license
Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business

Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Handle Redfin.com customers (100 new customers each year) plus clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM
Leverage support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team for qualifying opportunities, booking appointments, and handling event details
Close deals to earn competitive commissions, with potential for in-year accelerators and top producer perks
Represent clients buying and selling homes, including high-priced homes through the luxury brand
