The position is remote, with work from home and in the field, plus occasional in-office team meetings.
Candidates need an active and unrestricted real estate license, 10 or more residential transactions closed in the last 24 months or 20 lifetime transactions (excluding leases), strong understanding of the home buying and selling process, deep knowledge of market trends, statistics, home pricing, architectural styles, neighborhoods, local amenities, and contractual language.
