Candidates should possess exceptional attendance, a strong desire to work safely and help others maintain safe work environments, and a thorough understanding of safety policies and procedures. They must also be responsible for batch inventory, quality, and supply to the furnace, while maintaining an active working presence in the batch/binder areas. Furthermore, candidates are expected to perform batch unloading, inspections, and documentation, clean the batch house and binder area daily, report downtime or issues immediately, and perform batch and raw material inventories.
The Raw Material Operator will be responsible for batch unloading, inspections, and documentation, maintaining a clean work environment, reporting downtime or issues, performing inventory management, troubleshooting system issues, providing assistance to engineers and managers, and performing quality checks for solids, LOI, and moisture. They will also unload and store raw materials, maintain operating parameters, and perform any other duties as assigned.
